Loan products.
From members’ savings schemes, they are able to advance themselves short term and long-term loan products. However, limitations to members’ total savings leads to deficit and hence we partner with our partners to give solutions and meet our client’s needs.

How we work

Registration
At least 6 individuals with a common interest come together to form a chama of which they register with Wup Kenya for management purpose
Meetings
Members of a chama meet at least once in a month. The venue and date of meeting is set on a specific day of the month unless other commitment arises. Meetings are supervised by a Wup Kenya Employee.
Collections.
The members of a chama first make contributions and eventually those in need of loans are given an opportunity to fill loan forms. Loans are offered according to funds available in the chamas account.
Financial Advice
In addition to managing chamas, we organize seminars for chama members on financial related matters and well being as members of the society.
